Harvey & Winnie met many moons ago when Harvey was the manager of an RV tire store and Winnie was his showroom model. The loving couple travel to Piston Peak Park, where they celebrated their honeymoon 50 years ago.[1]

In Planes: Fire & Rescue, they are first seen in the lineup of traffic entering Piston Peak National Park. Winnie comments that the scenery is like how she remembers it. Harvey, who was carrying pairs of tires on his roof, asks Winnie how many she brought, only for her to respond that Harvey had spoiled it.
