Summary[]
A young female elephant named Winifred is separated from her family – owned by humans – after a fire in their village, and runs into Hathi.
Plot[]
A storm occurs in India, because it is a windy night. Winifred's uncle tells the female elephants and their niece Winifred not to worry about the storm. But a lantern blows off by a strong wind, causing the globe to break off and the turned on lantern lands on the ground and the mantle sets on fire by the storm. Winifred runs away from the herd. The day after the storm, Hathi is angry because he is forced to clean up the mess because a big storm hit the Indian jungle. The only doubt is Hathi didn't make the mess.
