Haylie Katherine Duff is an American actress, singer-songwriter, producer, and food blogger. She is also the older sister of Hilary Duff. Considerably, she and Hilary are both voice actresses for the animated features in-and-out-side Disney.
For Disney, she played Amy Sanders in Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire and Katina in the That's So Raven episode "He's Got the Power". She also provided the singing voice for Isabella Parigi in The Lizzie McGuire Movie.
