Horatio Sanz is a Chilean-born American actor, voice actor, and comedian who is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live from 1998 to 2006. He is also known for his role as Nick Ragoni in the 2002 comedy film, Boat Trip.
His Disney roles include Duncan in the 2012 Disney animated feature film, Wreck-It Ralph and its 2018 sequel, Santos Gutierrez in Elena of Avalor, Jr. Commissioner "Dutch" Vallejo in Fillmore!, and additional voices in Gravity Falls. He also provided the voice of El Fuego in Big Hero 6: The Series[1] and portrays a Mythrol in The Mandalorian.
