The Hovercraft is a small red ship seen in Lilo & Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch.
Background
Jumba had built this craft just for Lilo and Stitch, and the two often take the ship out for a spin to see the sights along the beach. Stitch especially admires the seagulls, even taking a picture of one of them with a camera and unintentionally blinding the seagull's eyes. Because Nani believes Lilo is is too young to drive, she usually keeps the ship stashed away in different places, but Lilo and Stitch usually end up finding it, namely in Nani's car engine.
