Howard "Howie" is a reoccurring character from the Disney+ original series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Howie was first introduced as a reoccurring character in Season 2 of Disney+ original series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. He was a junior at North High School in Season 2. He currently works at Salt Lake Slices. In Season 2, he was casted as the Beast/Prince Adam in North High School's spring production of Beauty and the Beast.

Howard was born sometime between 2002-2003. At some point before the events of Season 2, Howie got hired as a Pizza Delivery Guy at Salt Lake Slices and has been working there ever since.

Kourtney and Howie set up text sound for their text messages and Kourtney had hers as Howie making a elephant like noise. They were texting all day until after some drama happened at North High, Kourtney texted him and she heard Howie's text noise very close, he walks out from the drama room and they lock eyes. Kourtney did not know that he went to North High and was shocked, Howie takes off his Beast mask and he tries to talk to her but she walks off along with Nini calming Kourtney.
