Hugo is loyally submissive his dog Clarissa whom he has spoiled rotten, as he complies to every single wishes she has.

He also seems to be a phone addict, as he is unwilling to let go of his phone in "Prank Pups".

Physical appearance

Hugo is jokingly similar to his dog, Clarissa. He's short, with the same hair color than Clarissa's fur, a nose similar to Clarissa's muzzle, the same long eyelashes and even has a similar mole in his right cheek. Hugo looks like his dog in human form.
