Plot

In his second attempt to get the Rocketeer's rocket-pack, The Great Orsino hypnotizes the citizens of Hughesville into acting like their favorite animals. Now the Rocketeer must work to break the hypnosis, restore everyone to normal, and defeat The Great Orsino.
