"I Think I Kinda, You Know" is a song from "The Auditions", the first episode of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. It is performed in three different versions, one by Nini (Olivia Rodrigo), the second by Ricky (Joshua Bassett), and the third as a duet by them.

Summary[]

In the episode, the song was written by Nini (Olivia Rodrigo) to show her love for Ricky (Joshua Bassett), which causes them to break up. Later on, Ricky performs a second verse as he auditions for Troy Bolton in East High's production of High School Musical. A duet studio version was released as a single and on the series soundtrack, combining both verses. An acoustic rendition of the duet was also released.
