Inspector Ike Burrow is a one-shot character featured in the TaleSpin episode "All's Whale That Ends Whale". This inspector works for the Agency Concerned with the Happiness of Oceanic Oddities (A.C.H.O.O).
Role in the episode[]
When Baloo and Kit find out that Seymour is neglecting to take proper care of the animals in his Seaquarium, they decide to call Inspector Burrow. Burrow shows up at Seymour's park and tells Seymour he is here to inspect the park. Seymour (who has done this before) sends his henchmen to make it look like the park is properly taking care of its animals and that it is good condition. He gives Seymour his inspection certificate. and accuses Baloo of wasting his time. After Baloo and Kit save Dimple the whale, they fly pass his apartment and he looks through his telescope and sees that Seymour has a harpoon which he is aiming at the whale, which is a big no-no for A.C.H.O.O. Burrow shows up in a police boat on an island where Baloo and Kit have been "fishing" and arrests Seymour for possession of an illegal harpoon and admits to Seymour he knew that all along there was something fishy about him.
