Isaac is the reccuring antagonist of the 2019 remake, Lady and the Tramp.
History
When Lady escapes the pet shop she survives the traffic around the road. Then Isaac came face to face around his dog food, he was grouchy and snarly when they wanted the food to win. But when Tramp warned him he needs to stop when Lady frighten him. And Lady she would get some rabies and scars him away.
