Isaac C. Singleton Jr. is an American actor and voice actor.
For Disney, he played Bo'sun in Disney's 2003 film Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, the Vicar in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and an Orderly in the ABC Studios TV show Criminal Minds. He also voiced Frozone in the video game, The Incredibles: Rise of the Underminer and Thanos in Avengers Assemble and in the TV series Guardians of the Galaxy and in Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition.
