"It's a Bird, it's Insane, it's Dale!" is the forty-seventh episode of Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. It premiered on December 22, 1989, and is the thirty-fourth episode of the second season.
Plot[]
Two parts of a meteor crashing into Earth give Dale and a crooked travel agent elastic powers. Dale becomes the Rubber Bando and leaves the Rescue Rangers, while Seymour uses his powers to steal national monuments for ransom. Soon, the Rubber Bando is blamed for the thefts and must turn to the Rangers for help.
