Buddy McBilly is so happy that he makes it his job to make sure everyone in town is happy too.
Synopsis[]
The episode begins in the park, where Buddy meets Goofy and plays with him while his mom goes on errands. Buddy talks about how he loves being happy, while Goofy tries to tell Buddy, in his guru form, that it is ok to experience different emotions. Goofy and Buddy then help Chip and Dale share their scooter as they argue over who should ride it first. Buddy then goes on his own in the park for a while.
Buddy first helps Mickey as he tries to teach some kids how to play the ukulele, but the strings break. He shows Mickey that he and the others can use the back of their ukuleles as bongo drums to create a beat. Buddy then helps Minnie after she gets stuck to her Roadster with her bow with the help of a groundhog. He then calms Donald after he accidentally in fresh paint just before he has to go with Daisy to lunch.
Buddy tries to buy one of his friends some ice cream, but it spills. He then sees that everyone he helped now has new problems, such as Donald getting stuck to a lawn chair, Mickey and the kids accidentally breaking their ukuleles, etc. Buddy then gets upset that all his efforts to keep everyone happy have ended in vein, but Goofy reminds him and everyone that it is good to experience different emotions, and that the important thing is not to dwell on them and being able to move on. The episode ends with Buddy buying his friend and his mom some ice cream.

When everyone got free ice cream, it is unknown how Donald got the chair off his bottom and how Minnie got untangled from her bow.
