It's a Small World Holiday is a Walt Disney Records album inspired by the seasonal Disneyland overlay of the same name. The album contains a Christmas-themed version of the song "It's a Small World" and was released two years after the seasonal overlay debuted in 1997.

The album contains a specialized version of the song "It's a Small World" sung with Christmas elements in order to fit the seasonal attraction's Christmas theme as well as a special version of the song that plays during the clock parade sequence containing an excerpt of "Parade of the Wooden Soldiers" heard at the beginning of the clock parade.
