Mary Poppins[]
While Jane and Michael Banks leads Mary Poppins (their new nanny) in their nursery, the Jack-in-the-Box is seen very briefly. While cleaning up the nursery, Mary snaps her fingers and the Jack-in-the-Box come to life, as the Jack bounces happily in its box before closing its lid. When everything in the nursery goes a bit crazy, the Jack-in-the-Box starts going haywire causing the ball to bounce on the dresser drawers. The Jack-in-the-Box begins going haywire once again which makes the drawers and the wardrobe doors open and close like mad, the Jack bounces back in its box and everything in the nursery stopped as Mary gets Jane and Michael ready for an outing in the park.
Mary Poppins Returns[]
The Jack-in-the-Box never appears in the sequel, but it can be visible in the Bank's attic.
