Jack McBrayer is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is best known for his role as Kenneth Parcell in the NBC comedy series 30 Rock. He also voiced Clumsy Smurf in the 2017 Sony fantasy-comedy Smurfs: The Lost Village.

For Disney, he voiced Fix-It Felix Jr. in the 2012 Disney animated feature film Wreck-It Ralph and reprised his role in its 2018 sequel Ralph Breaks the Internet. He also voiced Wander in Wander Over Yonder, Irving Du Bois in Phineas and Ferb, the Pirate Mummy in Jake and the Never Land Pirates, Badili in The Lion Guard, a Captain in Milo Murphy's Law, and Toadie and Broadie in Amphibia. In addition, he voiced The Ghost of Christmas Past in the DuckTales 2017 series episode "Last Christmas!", Hank in T.O.T.S., and RubberBand Ball in the Bob's Burgers episode "Dream a Little Bob of Bob".
