James Arnold Taylor is an American voice actor and author who is best known for voicing Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank video game series, Tidus from Final Fantasy X (although he does not reprise this role in Kingdom Hearts due to the character being made younger in the game), Johnny Test from the show of the same name, Green Arrow and Guy Gardner in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and the current voice for Fred Flintstone.
For Disney, he has voiced Milo Thatch in Atlantis: Milo's Return (replacing Michael J. Fox), Jack Sparrow and the Prince in the Kingdom Hearts series, Sam Spark from American Dragon: Jake Long, Count Wretcher in Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Plo Koon, and various characters on Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and the Talking Skull in The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow.
He has also appeared at several Star Wars Weekends, performing part of his stage show: "Talking to Myself."
