James Horan is an American actor and voice actor.
For Disney, he's the current voice of Scar since 2003, voicing him in the video games Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure, Kingdom Hearts II, Disney Dreamlight Valley, the interactive attraction Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, and a Promo for Disney Destiny, filling in for Jeremy Irons. He also voiced Uno in PK: Out of the Shadows and a Czech Police Officer in Gargoyles.
