James Howard Woods is an American actor and producer, who is best known for playing Sebastian Stark, the lead character of the TV series Shark. He also voiced Falcon, the main antagonist of Stuart Little 2, and Reggie Belafonte in the 2007 Sony Pictures animated film, Surf's Up.

For Disney, he voiced Hades in the 1997 Disney animated feature film, Hercules, and reprised the role in most of his appearances. He also voiced Dr. Phillium Benedict in Recess: School's Out and Gloomius Maximus in Rolie Polie Olie: The Great Defender of Fun. Additionally, he played Bob Haldeman in the 1995 Hollywood Pictures biographical drama Nixon and Jack Russell in Straight Talk.
