Benjamin David "Jamie" Elman is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is probably best known for his roles as Cody Miller on YTV's Student Bodies and Luke Foley in NBC's American Dreams.
For Disney, he voiced Rancis Fluggerbutter and Turtle in Wreck-It Ralph. He reprises his role as Rancis Fluggerbutter in Ralph Breaks the Internet.
