Janet Howard is Larry's wife in Flight of the Navigator.
Biography
On the night of July 4, 1986, Janet answered a knock at the front door of the house where she lived with her husband Larry to find a 12-year-old boy she had never seen before on the doorstep.
The boy asked where his mom was, but Janet told him he must have the wrong house and asked if he was lost. The boy suddenly rushed past her and ran through the house, shouting desperately for his mom and dad, and a concerned Janet followed him. He then ran upstairs and burst into Larry's study where Larry was listening to music, before reemerging, followed by Larry, and breaking down in tears. Larry then asked Janet to call the police, who came to escort the distressed boy to the police station.
