Jasmine is a character who appears in the Disney Channel Descendants franchise.
She is based on the character of the same name from Disney's 1992 animated feature film Aladdin.

Descendants: The Rise of Red[]
Jasmine and Aladdin are present at Auradon Prep with their son Aziz, while the school's new principal, Uma, welcomes Princess Red from Wonderland. Suddenly, the Queen of Hearts orchestrates a coup d'état on Auradon and makes all the guests her prisoners. Jasmine and her husband are the first to judge Red for being like her mother after she indirectly leads the Queen of Hearts to condemn Cinderella to having her head cut off.
When Red and Cinderella's daughter, Chloe, accidentally find themselves in the past, a young Jasmine can be seen as a student at Merlin Academy, already in a happy relationship with Aladdin.
Following Red and Chloe's alteration of the timeline, back in the present, the Queen of Hearts has become kind and caring, offering all the guests a magic show much to their delight.
