Background

Jasper P. Woodchuck is a newspaper reporter of a newspaper company called "Rabbit Tales". He wrote stories of the origins of how Splash Mountain started when most of us were still critlins, Splash Mountain was called Chick-A-Pin Hill. But that was then and back before a moonshining raccoon named Rackety made a slight, but potent error.

Jasper only appeared in the safety queue video for Splash Mountain, where he could be seen next to Sis Raccoon and the Bunny Bonnet Trio and was about to sit down on a log.

• The imagineering team didn't make an animatronic for Jasper, but he did appear in the safety queue video before guests entered the loading area.
