Jean Elizabeth Smart is an American film, television, and stage actress and voice actress, who is best known for her roles as Charlene Olivia Frazier Stillfield on the CBS sitcom Designing Women, Martha Logan on the Fox television series 24, and Regina Newly on the ABC sitcom Samantha Who?. She also voiced Reba Heyerdahl in the Nickelodeon series Hey Arnold!, Maggie Foley in Static Shock, and Stella in Balto III: Wings of Change.
For Disney, she played Kate in Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Deirdre Lafever in The Kid, and Kay Perry in Sweet Home Alabama. She also voiced Dr. Ann Possible in Kim Possible and Momalus in Hercules: The Series.
