Jeffrey Marshall "Jeff" Foxworthy is an American actor, author, comedian, producer, writer, and television personality. He is best known for hosting his self-titled ABC/NBC sitcom The Jeff Foxworthy Show, as well as The WB sketch comedy series Blue Collar TV. He also voiced Handy Smurf in the Sony Pictures live-action Smurfs films.
His Disney roles so far are voicing Lyle Snodgrass in The Fox and the Hound 2 and "Southern" Meap in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Meapless in Seattle".
His stand-up routine where he talks about how you might be a redneck if you say or do certain things was parodied in an episode of Pepper Ann; when Lydia Pearson tries her hand at stand-up comedy, she talks about how you might be a single-working mother if you say or do certain things.
