Jeffrey Marshall "Jeff" Foxworthy is an author and an American stand-up comedian, actor, and TV and radio personality. He is best known for hosting The Jeff Foxworthy Show, and Blue Collar TV. He also voiced Handy Smurf in the live-action Smurfs films.

His only Disney roles so far are voicing Lyle Snodgrass in The Fox and the Hound 2 and "Southern" Meap in the Phineas and Ferb episode "Meapless in Seattle".

His stand-up routine where he talks about how you might be a redneck if you say or do certain things was parodied in an episode of Pepper Ann, when Lydia Pearson tries her hand at stand up comedy she talks about how you might be a single-working mother if you say or do you certain things.
