Jennifer L. Hughes is an American voice actress and production assistant. She voiced the Farmer's Wife in the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb and the 1999 animated film, Tarzan. She was also the production assistant for The Hunchback of Notre Dame, A Goofy Movie, and Mulan. She was even an assistant production manager for Tarzan. She is the wife of Robert Hughes.
