Jennifer Sarah "Jenny" Slate is an American stand-up comedian, actress, voice actress, and author. She is best known for her role as Tammy from Bob's Burgers. She also played Zoe in Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked and voiced Gidget the pomeranian in Universal/Illumination's 2016 film, The Secret Life of Pets and its 2019 sequel and Harley Quinn in Warner Animation Group's 2017 film, The Lego Batman Movie.
Slate is also known for creating Marcel the Shell with Shoes On, which was screened, along with several Disney features at AFI Fest 2010.
