James Ross "Jim" Meskimen is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, impressionist, who is best known for his work on the improvisation show Whose Line Is It Anyway?.
For Disney, he is the current voice of Genie from the Aladdin franchise. He also voiced Mortimer Mouse in the Disney Sports video game series, The Mad Doctor in Epic Mickey & Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two, which he confirmed in a recent interview. Arsenal and Ultron in Avengers Assemble, reprised Ultron in Disney Infinity: 3.0 Edition and Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, and voiced Merlin and Eeyore in Once Upon a Studio.
