Joan Ann Plowright, Baroness Olivier of Brighton, DBE, more commonly known as Dame Joan Plowright, is an English actress who played Nanny in the 1996 Disney live-action remake of 101 Dalmatians and voiced Baylene the Brachiosaurus in the 2000 Disney animated film, Dinosaur. She also played Mrs. Crawford in the 1996 Touchstone Pictures film, Mr. Wrong, Harriet Hibbons in The Scarlet Letter, and Mrs. Linzer in A Pyromaniac's Love Story.
