Joseph Franklin "Joey" Bragg is an American actor and comedian. He portrays Joey Rooney on Disney Channel's Liv & Maddie. He reprised his role, along with Tenzing Norgay Trainor, in a crossover special with Jessie. He also played Mark in the Disney XD TV movie Mark & Russell's Wild Ride and Kyle Ecklund in the CBS/ABC Studios TV show Criminal Minds.
He was also part of the Disney on Ice show, Follow Your Heart where he performed as a fish in the Finding Dory segment.
