Jonathan Michael "Jon" Lovitz is an American actor, comedian, and singer. He is best known for being a cast member on the NBC late-night sketch comedy and variety show, Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1990. He is also well-known for voicing various characters, most notably Artie Ziff on the Fox animated sitcom The Simpsons, Jay Sherman in The Critic, T.R. Chula in An American Tail: Fievel Goes West, Calico in Cats & Dogs, and Quasimodo WIlson in Hotel Transylvania and The Phantom of the Opera in Hotel Transylvania 2.

For Disney, he is known as the voice of Radio in the first installment of The Brave Little Toaster. He also guest-starred in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja as the voice of Queen Gabnidine. Additionally, he played Clip Metzler in the 1990 Touchstone Pictures film, Mr. Destiny.
