Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz, better known as Jon Stewart, is a multiple-Emmy Award winning comedian, actor, voice actor, producer, and former host of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart on Comedy Central.
For Disney, he was a guest voice actor in the Phineas and Ferb episode "The Klimpaloon Ultimatum", playing Mr. Random, the owner of Random Swimwear, and has publicly admitted that he's a big fan of the show. He also voiced Judge Kitty Kitty Meow Meow Face-Schwartzstein in Gravity Falls.
