Jonathan Richard McDaniel, known as Lil' J, is an American actor and rapper. For Disney, he is best known for his role as Devon Carter (Raven's boyfriend) in the hit Disney Channel show That's So Raven, as well as Sam Sterling in the 2007 Disney Channel Original Movie Johnny Kapahala: Back on Board. He returned to his role as Devon Carter in Raven's Home for two episodes.
