Joshua Paul "Josh" Dallas is an American actor. He is known for playing Ryan Fling in the 2012 action thriller Red Tails.
For Disney, he played David Nolan/Prince Charming and his twin brother, James in the ABC fantasy-drama series Once Upon a Time and Fandral in the Marvel film Thor. He also voiced the Frantic Pig in Zootopia.

- He is married to Ginnifer Goodwin, who portrays Snow White opposite him in Once Upon a Time and also voiced Judy Hopps opposite him in Zootopia.
- He was replaced by Zachary Levi in Thor: The Dark World, due to his commitment with Once Upon a Time. Ironically, Dallas had replaced Levi (the first choice for the role) in Thor, when Levi was forced to drop out of the role due to scheduling conflicts with his own series Chuck.
- His favorite Disney character is Pinocchio.
- He is the first Once Upon a Time actor to play two roles - Prince David and Prince James - while the other is Lana Parilla, who plays Regina Mills and her evil counterpart, the Evil Queen in season 6.
