Joshua Kylar Carlon is an American actor and voice actor who started acting at age eight. He has appeared as Oscar on Nickeloedon's Sam and Cat. Carlon also plays the role of Murray on the TV series Richie Rich scheduled to start airing in 2015 on Netflix.
For Disney, he provided the voice of Prince Desmond in the second season of Sofia the First, first appearing in "The Enchanted Science Fair".
