Kardez and Azimuth are characters from the 2022 Disney animated feature film Strange World. They are the two best friends to Ethan Clade and Diazo who share their interests.

Kardez and Azimuth are emotionally the opposite of one another. Kardez is hyper and easily excitable, showing great love and admiration towards Primal Outpost. Azimuth on the other hand is aloof and sarcastic and prone to being blunt and stating the obvious. Together, they are equally playful and like to tease Ethan, though it is all in good fun. They are very accepting however as they enjoy seeing Ethan and Diazo together and are amused by Searcher's attempt to emulate them, despite knowing full well that what he is doing is cringe-worthy.

Kardez is a tall and top heavy teenage boy with brown skin, presumably of Indian descent, with eyes and short brown hair. He usually wears a light blue, short-sleeve, Avalonian shirt with matching blue shorts, orange socks, light brown boots, and stub earrings.
Azimuth is a teenage girl with white skin, presumably of European descent, with blue eyes, pink lips, and long orange hair with green streaks. She wears purple glasses, a green beanie, with a long matching green Avalonian dress. She is briefly seen wearing what could be a skirt.

- Kardez originates from the Turkish word "kardeş", meaning "sibling", while Azimuth is of Arabic origin, meaning "the direction" or "the way".
- Nik Dodani is gay in real life, similar to the characters of Ethan and Diazo and their respective actors. However, it is unknown if Kardez is intended to be LGBTQ+ as well.
