Kate Dickie is a Scottish actress, who is best known for her roles as Giacomo Casanova in the 2005 BBC series Tinsel Town, as well as Lysa Arryn in the famous HBO series Game of Thrones.
For Disney, she portrayed a First Order officer in Star Wars: The Last Jedi and voiced an Imperial officer in the Star Wars: Visions serial "In The Stars". She also portrayed General Dox in the second season of the Marvel Cinematic Universe/Disney+ series Loki.
