Kevin Hamilton McDonald (born May 16, 1961) is a Canadian comedian, actor, and voice artist, best known as a member of the Canadian sketch comedy group The Kids in the Hall.
He voiced Pleakley in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, Dr. Frog in Fish Hooks, and Professor Bannister in Phineas and Ferb episode Sidetracked. He also played in Sky High as Professor Medulla with fellow The Kids in the Hall actor Dave Foley. He also voiced the King of Sherblorg 7 in the Wander Over Yonder episode, "The Loose Screw".
Outside of Disney, Kevin is famous for providing the voice of another extraterrestrial, Almighty Tallest Purple on Invader ZIM, as well as Waffle from the Nickelodeon series Catscratch.
