Kevin Hamilton McDonald is a Canadian comedian, actor, and voice artist, best known as a member of the Canadian sketch comedy group The Kids in the Hall. He is also well known for providing the voice of another extraterrestrial, Almighty Tallest Purple in Invader ZIM, as well as Waffle in the Nickelodeon series Catscratch.
For Disney, he voiced Pleakley in the Lilo & Stitch franchise, Dr. Frog in Fish Hooks, and Professor Bannister in Phineas and Ferb episode Sidetracked. He also played in Sky High as Mr. Medulla with fellow The Kids in the Hall co-star Dave Foley. Additionally, he voiced the King of Sherblorg 7 in the Wander Over Yonder episode, "The Loose Screw" and Albus Duckweed on Amphibia.
