The Khan Residence is a location featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which makes its debut in the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel. It is located in Jersey City, and home to the Khan family. It was purchased by Muneeba and Yusuf, after immigrating to the United States from Pakistan.
The Khan Family Residence was created by writer G. Willow Wilson and artist Adrian Alphona.

The address of the Khan Household is 179 Grove St, located in Jersey City. A real home address was used for filming the location, which is actually in Howell St, NE in Atlanta.[1]
Places of Interest[]
- Kamala's Bedroom: The first location seen in the Khan Residence. Kamala's bedroom is filled with Captain Marvel decor, reflecting her love for the superheroine. Kamala also has an artistic side, as many of her drawings are placed on display. Her room faces the front view of the house, as shown when she tried to sneak in after attending AvengerCon.
- Living Room: The living room is the mainstay, while the Khans aren't eating. During Aamir and Tyesha's mendhi party, this is where the majority of the guests were placed. The living room is connected to the kitchen.
- Dining Room: The dining room, is where the Khan family eat. It is extended into the kitchen, and also connected to the living room, on the ground floor.
- Attic: This room serves as a storage place within the Khan household. It is dimly light by a row of light bulbs, and houses a variety of old items, previously owned by the Khan family.

Kamala is in her room, recording a fan video on the Battle of Earth, when she is called down by her mother, to attend her driving test. Yusuf is sitting at the family table, reading a newspaper, while Aamir is praying.[2]
After returning home from school, Kamala lays down to watch TV, while Muneeba brings forth some belongings sent to her by her mother. Kamala unboxes a bangle, which Muneeba places back, and has Aamir take the box into the attic, while she and Kamala leave to run errands for Aamir's upcoming wedding.[2]
In the meantime, Bruno helps Yusuf set up a device of his own making, the Zuzu, an electronic device which acts as a security camera and connects to all the home devices. Muneeba and Kamala arrive from shopping, but Bruno is unable to spend dinner with them. Muneeba packs some food for himself, and his grandmother, and Bruno inquires whether Kamala asked her mother if she can attend AvengerCon, which she didn't. Bruno leaves, and urges Kamala to ask for permission. While her parents are watching television, Kamala builds up the courage to ask if she can attend, but her parents decline. Aamir returns home, and Kamala complains how he would be allowed, before storming off to her room.[2]
While Kamala sulks in her room, Aamir arrives to comfort his sister, and hands her a hot cup. He tells her that he'll talk to their parents on her behalf. As he leaves, Kamala texts Bruno to inform him that she wasn't given permission.[2]
Aamir speaks up for Kamala and requests they allow her to attend. Muneeba and Yusuf agree to do so, given she follow their stipulations.[2]
The next morning, Kamala is trying on her Captain Marvel cosplay, when she gets a knock at the door. Kamala quickly puts on a robe to hide her costume and Muneeba enters. Her mother tells her she may attend, on the condition that her father drive there, enter with her, and they stay for a maximum of two hours. She also surprises Kamala with a homemade Hulk outfit she designed herself, and Yusuf bursts into the room, with an additional matching Hulk cosplay, with the intention that two attend as a matching pair. Kamala gets embarrassed at the prospect, labelling it as completely humiliating, which, in turn, upsets her parents. Muneeba tells Kamala that she can attend under guidelines, or not at all.[2]
One night, Yusuf struggles to control the Zuzu, which doesn't seem to configure with the lights. This gives Kamala an idea. She plans on finishing dinner early, and sneaking out to attend AvengerCon, while Bruno sets the Zuzu device up in Kamala's room, to give the impression she hasn't left. She plans on winning a cosplay competition, and returning home by 9:22, before her father will come in to check on her.[2]
Kamala realises she needs a personal flare for her Captain Marvel cosplay to make it her own. She heads into the attic, where she searches through a box of old belongings, and comes across her grandmother’s bangle, which she takes, alongside a scarf.[2]
The day of AvengerCon arrives and Kamala packs her cosplay items away. While having dinner with her family, Bruno stands outside, and signals her to leave. Running late, Kamala excuses herself to study, and sneaks out with Bruno, via her bedroom window.[2]
Whilst at AvengerCon, Kamala checks in on her parents through Bruno's security cam. She briefly looks to find the pair acting flirtatious with each other, before turning away.[2]
During Kamala's absence, Muneeba discovers that her daughter snuck out. As night time approaches, she waits for her daughter in her room.[2]
Kamala returns, almost two hours later than expected. After seemingly unlocking powers at AvengerCon, she rushes to climb onto the roof and into her bedroom. As she stands on Bruno's shoulder, a light platform materialises beneath her foot, prompting her upwards. The pair departs ways, and Kamala tries sneaking inside, only to find her mother waiting for her. Muneeba questions where her daughter has been and expresses her heartbreak at Kamala's betrayal of her trust. She questions what type of person Kamala wants to be, and exits her room, disappointed in her daughter. Kamala slumps onto her bed, and raises her hand, which begins to emit a purple light, which she describes as cosmic.[2]
While Muneeba is carrying a bag of shopping home, Kamala comes down the stairs and helps her with the load. She apologizes to her mother for sneaking out and Muneeba explains that she is just being mindful of Kamala's safety. Kamala asks if she can attend a small gathering at Zoe's house, promising she will return home by nine. Muneeba gives permission, so long as Kamala comes through the front door this time.[3]
When Muneeba and Kamala travel to Karachi to visit Sana, Muneeba suggests she move in with them.[4]
