King6 is a store and a shoe company in the 2022 Disney+ original film Sneakerella.
Background[]
Named in honor of Darius King's family, King6's headquarters are located in New York consisting of a shoe store. In addition to selling products such as sneakers which was featured in the logo for King6, the company also hosts certain special events often taking place inside the King6 headquarters - namely the King6 Annual Charity Gala or Sneakercon.
In addition to containing a shoe store, the King6 headquarters also include a private penthouse which only members of the King family can enter. The penthouse is also the place where Liv tests out prototype sneaker designs for her father's company before being finalized. Kira would always negotiate with her father when she returns home such as the case of helping find a perfect designer for a special event to help his father's company growing.
Role in the film[]
The King6 headquarters are seen when El and Sami wait in line and upon encountering Kira King who was in line, the three became unaware of an impatient customer telling them that they are cutting in line. During a conversation with Kira, an employee tells the customers that they have ran out of Forum sneakers just before Sam, El, and Kira, escape from the customers into the train station leading to Queens. As Kira returns home located at the headquarters' penthouse, her father Darius suggests giving her daughter a suggestion to put in effort to keep his family's company growing, giving a deal to help Kira find a designer which he expects to help find a designer for Kira just before the their gala occurs.
With the help of Gustavo, El and Sami get past the doorman by giving him their tickets just before the two attend the gala where they encounter Kira. As El approaches Kira, the two sing the musical number "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" as they dance during the gala. All of a sudden, the clock begins to strike midnight, leading El and Sami to escape, albeit losing the sneaker inside the building. The next day, Kira shows El's sneaker to his father, he plans to showcase it at Sneakercon. Back at the penthouse, Kira devises a plan with her older sister Liv a campaign to help her find the right designer for El's sneaker. After Sami took a picture of the sneaker Kira was looking for and then Sami sent a direct message, she felt satisfied that she got the message. Later, El's stepbrothers approach Darius where they tell him that El is a fraud and liar. Just as El visits Darius, he rebukes El about this, giving El a bad reputation.
The following day, King6 is hosting a Sneakercon event where Darius performs his rap number. El later approaches Kira and apologizes to her as well as apologizing to her father about the bad reputation he had earlier, followed by El reconciling with his stepfather. Darius declares El his designer as the latter falls in love with his daughter Kira.

- In the film, King6 also has its own social media page in addition to containing a store headquartered at New York. This can imply that the King6 store at New York and the company further connect to the brand, which could be that King6 has more than one store selling its products.
- The scene where a flagpole of the King6 building appears during "Life is What You Make It" with fireworks exploding in the sky is a reference to the Walt Disney Pictures logo, although it does not appear in the start of the film.
- According to Darius, King6 was founded under the direction of his oldest daughter Liv.
