King Groucharooney is Grumpy's cousin and ruler of Grumpylvania in the The 7D episode "Game of Grumpy". He was voiced by Jay Mohr. Groucharooney welcomed Grumpy to his kingdom to celebrate his "accomplishments" as "leader" of the 7D (which is false).

Personality

Despite his name, Groucharooney is actually nice. He was later disappointed when Grumpy lied to him.
