King Neptune is the king of the sea who appeared in a Silly Symphony short. In the short, one of his mermaids is kidnapped by an evil pirate crew. Furious, Neptune, the other mermaids and sea creatures neutralize the pirates and rescue the mermaid after Neptune frees himself from an anchor's chain.
He shares many similarities with King Triton. The differences are that he is a giant who has legs.
