Kit Cactus is a one-shot character from Sheriff Callie's Wild West. He only appears in the episode "Bandit Toby" as the main antagonist. He is voiced by Jessica DiCicco.

Kit Cactus is a mean bandit cactus and is similar in appearance to Toby. However, the main difference is is that Kit is a lighter shade of green, wears a black hat with a red band, and, as a bandit, has a rude attitude. Kit Cactus used his appearance to fool the townsfolk of Nice and Friendly Corners and frame Toby for the crimes he pulled off. When Kit ended up running into Toby, Callie and Peck tried a "spot the impostor" test to find out who the real Toby was. Finally, Toby performed the popcorn trick he had shown Peck earlier, proving he is the real Toby, allowing Sheriff Callie to arrest Kit Cactus.
