Kristoffer "Kris" Kristofferson is an American country singer, songwriter, musician, and actor known for his distinctive gravelly voice. He wrote and recorded several Grammy winning songs such as "Me and Bobby McGee" and "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down". Outside of music, he also starred in films such as Abraham Whistler in the Blade franchise and Reed Haskett in the 2011 drama Dolphin Tale and its 2014 sequel. Other notable films include Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Heaven's Gate, Blade, and A Star Is Born.
