Kristoffer "Kris" Kristofferson is an American country singer, songwriter, musician, and actor known for his distinctive gravelly voice. He wrote and recorded several Grammy winning songs such as "Me and Bobby McGee" and "Sunday Mornin' Comin' Down". Outside of music, he also starred in films such as Abraham Whistler in the Blade franchise and Reed Haskett in the 2011 drama Dolphin Tale and its 2014 sequel. Other notable films include Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, Heaven's Gate, Blade, and A Star Is Born.

For Disney, he made a guest appearance in the third season premiere of The Muppet Show, where he guest-starred alongside his wife, Rita Coolidge. He also played Older Billy Coleman in the 2003 adaptation of Where the Red Fern Grows. He even voiced Pops in the Handy Manny episode "Motorcycle Adventure" and Talon in the 2008 DTV film, Snow Buddies.

His song "Me and Bobby McGee" was featured in The War at Home.

His song "One Day At The Time" was featured in Ordinary Decent Criminal.
