Krugarr is a lem, a race of beings that have red skin and a worm-like body. He is a Master of the Mystic Arts who left Kamar Taj to become one of the members of Stakar Ogord's Ravager Clan, and he participated to many adventures and fight across the galaxy. Since Yondu Udonta was exiled on the Clan, the team itself was disbanded and Krugarr never saw his team-mates again for many years.
Some years later, after the battle on Ego's Planet, Yondu died and sacrificed for Star-Lord. Stakar finally forgived Yondu and later the Clan reunited and assembled again as a team to steal some stuff.

- In the alternative 31st Century of Earth-691, Krugarr is a Lem sorcerer and the disciple and successor of Doctor Strange as the Sorcerer Supreme.
