Mr. Kubat, also known as Kubot, is the antagonist of the Disney Channel Original Movies, Under Wraps, and its remake. He is an antiques dealer who comes into conflict with Harold the Mummy.

Kubat is an opportunistic, sinister man who is willing to stoop to lows to get what he wants. It is greatly implied that he is constantly in debt, explaining his need to resort to stealing priceless Egyptian artifacts, including a mummy. It is also implied that he is willing to harm children to get what he wants.
Remake[]
Kubot is shown to be desperate and more flippant. Rather than the lead villain, he is a lackey to Ravensworth and is not above doing whatever he can to extend or improve his deals. While not as stern or serious as his previous version, he is very crafty and more malicious.

- Kubat is the only character whose major change in the remake is a slight misspelling of his name, mainly to take advantage of a nickname.
