Wanda Wilson (also known as Lady Deadpool) is one of the variants of Deadpool, who makes her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut in Deadpool & Wolverine and is portrayed by Blake Lively.
Lady Deadpool was created by Victor Gischler, Bong Dazo, Kyle Baker, Rob Liefeld and Das Pastoras.

- Rapid Healing Factor: Wanda has the power of being able to heal more quickly than other humans, a power she shares with her male counterpart.
- Peak Human Strength: Wanda has stronger strength than an average human, but is not strong enough for it to be considered super strength.
- Speed and Agility: Wanda is able to run faster than a regular human and is able to move easily when battling villains.

- Unharmed Combat: Wanda has the skills to use weapons and combat in fights, just like her male counterpart.

Wanda Wilson finds herself in another universe, where she and other variants of Deadpool and himself, find themselves in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Sometime before arriving on Earth 10005, Wanda had a child. Sometime after this, Ladypool created the Deadpool Corps which she led and created, featuring alternate reality versions of herself. She and at least 100 other variants are tasked to stop Deadpool and Wolverine from reaching the Time Ripper which would destroy Cassandra Nova. Ladypool and the variants attempted to confront them up close before Peter Wisdom managed to set a truce between the variants.

- Wanda is one of the few variants of Deadpool to appear in the film.
- She is the second Marvel Cinematic Universe character to have the first name Wanda, the first is Wanda Maximoff, known as the Scarlet Witch.
- She is also the second MCU character to have the last name Wilson, after Sam Wilson, also known as Captain America.
- Wanda is portrayed and voiced by Blake Lively, who is Ryan Reynolds' wife. Many fans suspected she would portray the variant.
- She was referenced back in Deadpool 2, when at the beginning in a strip club, Deadpool was wearing a long blonde wig that alludes to Lady Deadpool.
- Nicepool says that Ladypool recently had a baby but it's hard to tell. This is referencing Blake Lively giving birth to her and Ryan Reynolds' son Olin, who was born in February 2023.
- Olin portrays Babypool in the film, but he is not Ladypool's son in the film.
- While Blake Lively voiced the character, Christiaan Bettridge was the in-suit performer for Wanda Wilson.
